Platform Maintenance

The maintenance charges cover:

  • Maintenance of white-labeled application hosted on our servers
  • Periodic updates
  • Note: White labeling does not include platform configuration

Platform Configuration

Fastforge's responsibilities include:

  • Providing client guidance
  • Sharing training materials
  • Client is responsible for platform configuration

Communication Policy

  • 7 days no response: Development may be put on hold
  • 14 days no response: Contract may be terminated

Publicity Rights

By default, we may announce new client agreements on social media. Opt-out available with written notice before engagement.

Payment Terms

  • Kick-off amount is non-refundable
  • 18% GST included (Indian clients only)

Plan Renewal

Post expiry, standard rates apply based on available plans.

Timeline

  • Delivery: 10–12 working days
  • Countdown starts from project kick-off
  • All requirements must be provided by client
